The App is designed to help users keep track of their trip information and notify them when they are in the same city as their friends who also use the App. You understand and agree that the accuracy and reliability of the notifications depend on the accuracy and completeness of the trip information you provide and the information provided by your friends.
b. You acknowledge and agree that your use of the App is at your own risk and that the Company is not responsible for any inaccuracies or errors in the notifications.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is available [here]. By using the App, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the trip information you provide and for ensuring that you have the necessary permissions from your friends to receive notifications when you are in the same city.
All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to copyright, trademarks, and trade secrets, are owned by the Company. You may not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any part of the App without the Company's prior written consent.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. Continued use of the App after such changes shall constitute your consent to the updated Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America.
